Cannot sent/receive new emails

- Check your incoming and Outgoing server settings.
- Username should be your full email address
- Password should be your valid current password.
- Incoming and Outgoing servers should have SSL encryption enabled.
- Outgoing Server should have "Requires authentication" option enabled.
- Check your internet connection to make sure its working properly.
- Check that your IP is not blacklisted in any RBL.
- If at this stage you are not able to send/receive email, email us the error message to helpdesk@myisp.co.ke
